yummy low calorie desert
While I was watching ‘The Biggest Loser’ last night. Jillian recommended a low calorie desert that I had to try. After trying it I was like WOW! It was really good. Here it is: Take an apple (I recommend Green) but red is good too. Cut it into slices and remove the seeds. Put the apple slices in a deep bowl, fill the bowl with water and cover the bowl with either a lid or saran wrap....
